The Records tab is where a food handler/operator is expected to record data in operationally (while doing the process).

A new check is created when starting the process record. It is a new occasion can be started immediately after by clicking the green (+) button. 

The current check being worked is indicated by an orange colour, it also grey out all of the older checks 

The system will not allow you to navigate to different checks until the current check (3*) is completed. 

Once a check is completed, it can be saved.
