Assign Monitoring Points to Escalation Groups

there are two methods to assign the monitoring points to groups

Escalation Groups allow the alerts generated by an alarm to reach the correct personnel in the organisation.

Monitoring points can be assigned to groups using the Quick Add

Quick Add

  1. Select the monitoring points that need to assigned to the group using the checkbox

  2. Select the group it needs to be assigned to and select "Apply"
