Creating multiple escalation groups allows the system to increase the number of people alerted per alarm or isolate who gets alerted per alarm.
Create Groups
The green (+) button on the top right corner gives access to the "Create Groups" button
The drag out window allows creation of new groups. The first field is the "Group Name". Giving a personalized name to the group is a great way to encourage ownership.
The next section requires the email ID's of the contacts and phone number of the primary contact.
The primary contact is ideally the person closest to the location and best able to action corrective measures.
